What does it check?
Using civil court records, we'll check whether an individual has been involved in civil litigation.
This check confirms the presence or absence of civil court cases where the individual is either a claimant (plaintiff) or a defendant. We’ll provide information on the outcome of any civil cases where the individual has participated. This check is provided on a per-region basis (e.g. Ankara). Typically, cases where the individual is a defendant, are initiated in the region according to the permanent address of the individual. Cases, where the candidate is a claimant, may take place in any region. If an individual has had multiple permanent addresses in Turkey, which are also in different regions, all regions must be verified for complete verification. This check covers civil, bankruptcy, commercial, criminal and family courts. We’ll provide information on the court in which each case was handled, the parties involved, the nature of the dispute and the judgement issued.
