This check establishes if an individual has a criminal record.
What does it check?
This check establishes if an individual has a criminal record.
This check provides what is referred to as an Extract of Criminal Record or Opis z Rejstříku Trestů.
The certificate includes:
- The date and time of the request
- The individual’s name
- Date of birth
- A statement as to whether the individual does/does not have a criminal record
- An official stamp and signature
All criminal convictions which are not considered to be spent according to Section 105 of the Penal Code are included on Extracts of Criminal Records. The criminal records related to individuals are stored for 100 years from birth.
