The Verifile team are delighted to announce the launch of our new candidate support tool.
The interactive tool is designed to answer the most common questions that candidates ask when filling in and submitting their information. The tool saves your candidates time and reduces the hassle of having to ask questions and makes uploading their personal details a smoother experience all round.
Our tool guides your candidates right through the different stages of completing their background screening form, including plenty of helpful hints, notes and prompts along the way. We’ve designed the walk-through to clarify information required on the form and to reassure candidates as they move through the process of submitting their personal details.
Clarifying the process of filling in the form will also improve the quality of the information that candidates submit, which in turn will reduce the turnaround times on background checks.
This interactive tool is just one part of our ongoing commitment to continuously improve our clients’ and your candidates’ experience of our background checking service. We have a whole raft of improvements planned for the coming months designed to reduce friction and enhance the candidate journey - something which is really important to us.
