What does it check?

This product assists individuals in obtaining their Bulletin No. 3 (Extrait du Casier Judiciaire – Bulletin n°3) in Tunisia. The certificate confirms whether the individual has any criminal convictions recorded in Tunisia that are disclosable to the individual. We guide the individual through the official application process and, once issued, validate the certificate’s authenticity.

What does it cover?

In Tunisia, criminal records are administered by the Ministry of Justice and issued through authorised judicial authorities and designated administrative offices.

The Bulletin No. 3 includes disclosable convictions recorded against the individual under Tunisian law. It typically covers:

Serious criminal convictions (e.g., violent offences, drug trafficking, major theft)
Financial crimes and fraud
Corruption-related offences
Certain court-imposed prohibitions or restrictions

Minor infractions or convictions that have been legally expunged may not appear, in accordance with Tunisian criminal record regulations.
