This check establishes if an individual has a criminal record.

What does it check?

This check establishes if an individual has a criminal record (unspent convictions) and it is only available for anyone currently residing in the United Kingdom or Spain.

This check provides what is referred to as a Certificate of (Non) Convictions or Izziņa par (ne) sodāmību. 

We can only obtain this certificate on behalf of individuals currently residing in the UK or Spain. For anyone residing outside the UK or Spain, we are offering a 'criminal records assistance and validation (SAR)' service as an alternative.

The information included on the certificate is:
  • Individual’s name
  • Surname
  • Identity number
  • Date of birth
  • Information on the conviction and/or punishment
  • The purpose for the certificate
