In this check, we'll digitally verify an individual's identity to a UK Government-approved scheme.

We’ll carry out security checks on the individual’s identity documents and compare the photo to a selfie taken. This check replaces the need for in-person identity checks. Digital identity checks can be used to fulfil the mandatory requirement to verify an individual’s identify as part of an application for a DBS or Disclosure Scotland checks.
