What does it check?
This check establishes if an individual has a criminal record.
This check provides what is referred to as a Certificate of No Convictions or Potvrda o nekaznjavanju.
The certificate contains the following information:
- Name of the individual
- Address
- Details of convictions (where relevant)
- Details of proceedings which may restrict an individual from performing certain duties (where relevant)
