Your guide to logging into the Verifile site
Verifile’s home page contains the login section, links to detailed information on Verifile products, prices, policies, contact details and on-line help.
To access the Verifile service;
Enter your username in the box supplied. When you register with Verifile you will be assigned a username.
If you have forgotten or not received your username please contact Verifile Services team on Tel: to 01234 339 339 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Enter your password in the box supplied. When you register with Verifile you will be assigned a password.
If you are a new customer and have logged into the Verifile site for the first time, you will be asked to change your initial password set by Verifile. Once you have reset your password, the system will inform you that you are not currently logged in, in order to log into the system you will be asked to enter your new password.
Make sure your password contains a minimum of 7 characters. Ideally it should contain a combination of words and numbers. It is advisable not to use the names of family members, pets or dates of birth. Do not write down your password and username or store it on your computer.
You will be charged for any orders initiated under your account using your username and password so it is your responsibility to safeguard these details in the workplace.
If you have forgotten your password a new one can be e-mailed to you, for security reasons you will need to confirm your username and either your surname or your e-mail address set up for your account, i.e. the e-mail address your reports are sent to.
Your new password will be e-mailed to you, if you do not receive your password within a few minutes, please contact our services team on Tel: 01234 339 339 it could be the case we do not have an e-mail address set up for your account and as such, our team will have to provide you with assistance.
When you log in, the password will expire immediately and you will be asked to choose a new password, afterwards you will be asked once again to log into the system with your new password.
After entering your username and password, click on Order a Report to progress to the main menu page. Once you have successfully logged in, you will have two main options to choose from Start a new CV check - to order reports and View checks now in progress - to check the progress of reports you have ordered.
