Obtaining Employment and Income Verifications on our employees
Verifile Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries have implemented WorkPass® to provide automated employment and income verifications on behalf of our current and past employees.
The participating companies within the Verifile Group which are using this automated service are:

WorkPass provides access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to employment and income information for leasing agencies, lenders, potential employers, social service agencies and any other individual or organisation that requires such verifications.
WorkPass offers two types of verifications on our behalf:
Basic references – This type of reference includes the employee’s name, dates of employment, their job title and their reasons for leaving (for ex-employees only). To get this reference, the third party organisation will need the employee’s National Insurance Number. The main purpose of this reference is to verify employment with Verifile Holdings Limited. Third parties using WorkPass to verify your employment will need to obtain the employee’s authorisation before accessing this information.
Detailed references - This reference includes the employee’s name, job title, dates of employment, payroll details, their reasons for leaving (for ex-employees only) and any related information Verifile Holdings Limited is willing to share with third party organisations. Third parties using WorkPass to obtain these detailed references will need the employee’s National Insurance Number and a special consent code which the employee will need to give them. The main purpose of this reference is to verify employment and income.
