Enhancing your candidate experience
Candidate experience is a hot topic in HR and here at Verifile we take it very seriously. We have made a number of further improvements to the candidate portal in our goal to help you improve the candidate experience.
These will go live on Tuesday 14th August:
After filling in the online screening form candidates will be asked if they are happy to answer two simple questions. All responses will be anonymous and will guide our ongoing continuous improvement programmes.
Real-time messages to users
Our intelligent system now communicates in real time. Your candidates can now fix typing errors straight away to avoid delays to the screening process.
We have enhanced our guidance on face to face identity checks for Criminal Checks in England and Wales, helping you to comply with DBS rules and avoid errors that can impact the accuracy of results.
A new autosave function ensures your candidates never lose the information they have already entered saving time and reducing the margin for error.
Reduced loading times
We have significantly reduced the loading time for the 'Fitness and Propriety' check. Benefitting candidates and your ability to review the results.
