What does it check?
Using civil court records, we'll check whether an individual has been involved in civil litigation.
This check confirms the presence or absence of civil court cases where the individual is either a claimant (plaintiff) or a defendant. We’ll provide information on civil cases where the individual has participated including the type of case, the date it was filed, the court in which it was handled and the parties involved.
This check is provided on a national basis and involved courts such as labour, competition and consumer affairs, maritime, municipal and civil circuits.
