This service assists an individual in obtaining their Guatemalan Police Record Certificate as well as validates it.
This check provides what is referred to as a Police Record Certificate or Certificado de Antecedentes Policíacos. This check establishes if an individual has been arrested or has an arrest warrant issued against him or her. In Guatemala, the Police Record Certificate can be requested only by the individual and not by a third party (Subject Access Request). We'll guide and assist the individual in making a Subject Access Request (SAR) for the certificate and validate it. This check is supplementary to the Lack of Criminal Record Certificate, which only reports on cases which ended with a judgement against the individual and therefore a conviction.
