This service assists an individual in obtaining their Georgian Criminal Record Certificate (spent and unspent convictions) as well as validates it.

This service assists an individual in obtaining their Georgian Criminal Record Certificate (spent and unspent convictions) as well as validates it.
This check provides what is referred to as a Certificate of Past Criminal Convictions or პირის მსჯავრდების შესახებ ცნობა. In Georgia, the Criminal Record Certificate can be requested only by the individual and not by a third party (Subject Access Request). We'll guide and assist the individual in making a Subject Access Request (SAR) for the certificate and then validate it. This check shall indicate the age at which the individual was convicted and under what article, regardless of whether the conviction was overturned or revoked.
