This service assists an individual in obtaining their Algerian Criminal Record Certificate as well as validates it.
This check provides what is referred to as a Criminal Record Extract or Extrait du Casier Judiciaire / Bulletin n° 3. In Algeria, the Criminal Record Certificate can be requested only by the individual and not by a third party (Subject Access Request). We'll guide and assist the individual in making a Subject Access Request (SAR) for the certificate and validate it. In Algeria, criminal records are disclosed through 3 types of certificates or Bulletins. Bulletin n° 1 is reserved for the judicial authorities because it contains all the convictions on file. Bulletin n° 2 can be communicated to certain administrative authorities and it providers information on convictions for crimes and misdemeanours. Bulletin n° 3 only mentions the most serious convictions; generally those with over 2 years in prison.
