What does it check?

We'll apply to update the individual's registration with the Scottish Protection of Vulnerable Groups scheme.

"This check is only for regulated roles in Scotland involving vulnerable groups (children and protected adults). It is similar to a DBS Enhanced level check but is also similar to a membership scheme. So we either run a ""registration check"" and apply for membership for an individual (if they aren't already a member) or we update their membership of the PVG scheme with details of their new role by running this ""update"" version of the check."
