What does it check?
With this check, we'll obtain an individual's driving records and confirm they hold a valid driving licence.
This check provides an official certificate which confirms the following: • whether the individual has a valid driver’s licence; • which categories of vehicles the individual is permitted to drive; and • any past violations and additional information recorded against the individual. In Bulgaria, for certain violations or for a certain number of violations the driver’s license of an individual can be revoked. Bulgaria operates a points system - 26 points for young drivers and 39 points for others. For some violations as an additional sanction, the Bulgarian legislation allows revocation of points. If the points balance reaches 0, the driver’s license is automatically revoked.
